OK, so I spent half the day in bed with the lurgy, but then I got up and didn't have enough to do that was low energy, so started surfing YouTube!

Now I'm of the opinion that the late great Van McCoy's "The Hustle" from 1975 is one of the finest pieces of music ever made, but this performance to it is quite extraordinary - take 1500 inmates of the hardest prison in The Phillipines, get them out in the exercise yard and teach them to dance!

Sorry to hear you have the lurgy Paul, my brother spent yesterday in bed as well with the same, it must be doing the rounds.
