Steven, in what context did the paper mention John?. John was doing some investigation into the tornado as well as John Tyrrell from TORRO - the tornado expert from Cork but he was not informed about his name being mentioned in the paper.

Martin, I'm in work at the minute, however I have the cutting of it at home. It mentioned, I think all three experts... a fella from the south, one from England and John from Maghaberry.
I will check it again when I get home and let you know what was said...

Good man Steven!! , thanks very much for getting the clip for us! I know Paul Kinghtley, he's on the UKWeatherworld and a member of TORRO and an expert on these things. Dr. John Tyrrell is a world expert, he was the guy who investigated the big one I seen from Maghera last year and the very same guy who investigated the tornado which hit John's brother's house a few years back. Looks like quite a bit of interest as been generated.

Good man Steven is right, thanks for showing us that. Although the images were maybe slightly unclear his description matches what I saw on August 1st. The darker inside and light grey outside, and it may even have been bigger. It's a pity that some of the detail was lost from the images during the download, and I still hope to get something from the paper. If I do I will let you know.
