A couple from the holiday... I was experimenting with capturing the night scene with the candles and the people walking through shot had an odd effect...   I mounted the camera on my teeny jessops mini pod (didn't have my redsnapper with me) but it did the trick..

LOl..very good. I think if you'd left the aperture open for a bit longer those people would have disappeared or maybe you wanted the ghost effect.

Not sure I'd have got away with that John.. I don't know if you can read the EXIF, but these were shot at ISO1600 for 30s.... I'd have needed my remote shutter release for bulb, and the place was swarming with people. Probably 300 people walked past me in that first shot....

Oh..that's no good, John, 300 people, I thought it was just a few. but as you say you'd have needed the remote. anyway. I saw a photo taken at the Roman baths and it was a 2 minute exposure and another in France in a narrow alleyway and in both cases the people disappeared. I'll see if I can fond those links.
