UTR-2 (Ukrainian T-shaped radiotelescope) is one of the greatest ukrainian telescopes, and the biggest radiotelescope in the world (along with LOFAR) in decameter wavelength. No another telescope can receive signal at 10~30 MHz with similar quality.
It was created in 1970's. The telescope has 2x1 km size and 150.000 m² of effective area. See more at Wikimapia
