These were all taken using the 450d, 55-250, Raynox DCR250 and lit with my 300AFD with the ring flashy adatpery thingy





















It was fun messing about with this setup to get these shots. I think I've finally gotten to grips with using the flash in the adapter. Sorry for the large number of pics
