Wow, just a few days passed and I have missed several pages in this topic...

Martin, that display is really incredible! But I liked the most the "NLC with cows" image - well done Grin

From mid-May to the end of July one can pretty much forget about looking for faint galaxies and the like - the sky is simply too bright.
Now I see there is a great difference between 55N and 50N latitude.
At this time near summer soltice we have a 4 hour gap between nautical twilight (22:40-02:45 EEST). There is constant astronomical twilight, but visually it looks like at least 2 hours of darkness near midnight.

P.S. The last night here was stunning! I wrote a 'short' report about it...
