Hi all!!! I know I have posted in a long time  Cry there were many reasons why I couldn't....  I have when possible been checking out the forum and I must say it is turning out to be a fantastic place to come and see, learn & chat with some of the best local and further a field fellow enthusiasts.
As it says in the header "ISS"; I have been buying a few lenses and the images with this one is a Nikon 10.5mm Fisheye lens and I must say for the 1st time using it on night shots I am very pleased with it...
I went out last night and tried to capture the ISS on the 1st pass which was @ 20:15hrs. I took 6 images in all @ 30secs exposures, iso 800 @ f2.8 and have blended layers in PS3.

Are are some of the shots.

And a wee gif movie

I hope you like and I will try to catch up on all of the older posts...  Grin

Great images Steven, great lens to experiment and have fun with. Even caught a stray satellite. Beautiful images of Orion.

Very nice work Steven - that fisheye certainly covers the sky well, you should try it out during the Leonids next month!

Good to see you back!

Cheers,

Paul.

Hi Steven, what a great post and what a huge field you have on that lens!. Love the curvature and the images showing the multiple ISS trails at the same time. The gif movie you made was excellent. All in all, great photography and a joy to view.   Smiley. Keep them coming.
