I decided to see what effect I could get. I new the settings were going to blow out the moon, but I like what it's achieved.

John, that's a lovely 'pretty picture'. Very peaceful looking, it almost looks like it was taken on one of those wonderful moonlit Summer's nights  Smiley

John..because of the tree the moon doesn't actually look blown out and you've ended up with a a nice photo.

Like those moon shots, Steve.

The skies here have now cleared - first night for ages.
