Title: Astronomy Calculator Post by: davegrennan on July 13, 2008, 02:02:47 pm Guys,
Just thought I'd tell you about some tools I've been working on Calculate when Jupiter's Great Red Spot is visible (http://webtreatz.com/component/option,com_wrapper/Itemid,83/) Jupiter Moon events (Shadow transits/Eclipses/Occultations) (http://webtreatz.com/component/option,com_wrapper/Itemid,86/) Sunrise/Sunset/Twilights; (http://webtreatz.com/component/option,com_wrapper/Itemid,84/) Moonrise/Moonset (http://webtreatz.com/component/option,com_wrapper/Itemid,85/) I have a load more of these in the pipeline, including planetary ephemeris, asteroid data, comet data etc. All of these programs were written based on Jean Meeus's excellent book 'Astronomical Algorithms' Happy viewing. I would be interested in the sunset/sunrise/twilight programme and the one on comets. I haven't used SNP in over a year so I could do with something new.
