Title: Wolf Moon On The Rise
Post by: martinastro on January 19, 2011, 07:19:08 pm
Tonight's full Moon, known as the 'Wolf Moon', rising through a bank of dark fog after sunset using the 100-400mm IS USM lens at 400mm hand held, image is cropped slightly.

Beautiful shots again Martin. I really like the second one. I was reading about the "Wolf Moon" on SW.com this morning also, might have a chance at some photos tonight if the weather holds here.

Great images Martin that lens really does the job, thanks for the camera settings I used them last night with the 70-300 lens the results were spot on so thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Cheers

Thanks Paul - harsh frost and freezing fog today and quite photogenic, almost tricked me into thinking there was another severe cold spell happening  :)
