Title: Drum Manor Forest park

A few quick shots yesterday evening in a lovely Forest just outside Cookstown, i want to get back here possibly this week as there is some good potential and i just didnt have enough time yesterday.

That's a beautiful area Paul, reminds me a little of standing beneath the Redwoods, leaning back and looking up. Hope you get back there soon!

Fine images John, the last shot is very creative I love the spiral effect this gives off as you look through the towering trunks to the sky.

Excellent images Paul, the converging effect on the last one is amazing, great rich colours and very well composed, that looks like a great place to visit again for sure. The trees in the first pic would look great in a hoar frost!  :)

Super shots,especially the ones where you're right under the tree. I'm getting there-not long ago I'd have photographed that maple tree from 10 metres away,not get right in and different positions around it.

Thanks everyone, i like the last one and was surprised it came out so well-it does pay to experiment a bit. A work in progress here and more to follow...
