A bit of an experiment this one. I'm not sure what the building is, but it's in the middle of the south downs and brightly lit, it took me a little while to find somewhere to be able to get a line on it...

Good capture John, such a beautiful setting, but yet shows action with the tail light and headlights from the vehicles up and down the highway.

Nice shot John, but where is it? I used to live in Sussex but I don't recognise the building.

Cheers Paul, it's down near Shoreham opposite the airport.

Ah yes, Lancing College I think?
I do like floodlit buildings as photographic subjects, but the LP side-effects are horrible from an astronomy pov.

I like that image alot John. The nice static feeling of the building contrasting with the dynamic movement of the car trails looks great.

Paul, I think you're correct. It's nowhere near as bad as Gatwick airport for LP. Cheers Martin. I wasn't sure how the road was going to come out in front of it.

Two attractive buildings in one location- you chose a good spot, John. It's nice to see night-time photos- I mean, city photos.

Cheers John, I'm going to go back with a more stury pod and see if I can't figure out how to get closer at some point.

I see it's floodlit to the far side (from your location) of the college too - maybe you could try over there but of course I don't know what's there - the trees wouldn't be there so you'd have two different aspects. I like the trees but it would be interesting to see a photo from that far side and you wouldn't lose too much of the same view of the church either.

I'd need to check John, but it might be to close into the south downs.
