Careful analysis suggests the DVD player has been Photoshopped on. The rest of the image is the back of a 1D or 1Ds Mk III with the buttons relabelled. The screen is of course also pasted on.

Just about the only new "feature" that I'd welcome is the integral umbrella - I hope it's a windproof one - don't see where it stows, though.

It's a joke of course, but actually I'm surprised we haven't yet seen a DSLR with a hard drive built in - camcorders have been doing that for a few years!

Microdrive? Used to be fairly common, most of the pro togs with Canon 1Ds used them - a 1" format hard disk which fitted into a double thickness CF slot. They got unpopular when flash memory got cheaper, especially since the microdrives were less robust and had a heavier power draw.  The camera didn't know the difference between the microdrive and a CF card.
