Got some nice clear sky here this morning so took advantage of it trying to track down
Comet d'Arrest. No luck I'm afraid even though I knew were it was, the background sky is
still very bright. I came in around 3am for a brew and remembered the ISS was due, so
I just about got it and no more! Thats Aries in the top left.

Nicely done John!!.

I was amazed how the sky cleared up last night as it wasn't really forecast to do so over Ulster. I missed that ISS pass and seen no NLC activity but I did do a quick visual search for both Boattini comets without success due to the bright sky and my street lights. Hoping for a second chance tonight!

PS: Some good meteor activity last night to.
