Hmmm - overnight min temps here, Jul 12/13 4.9C, Jul 13/14 15.3C. Guess which was the better night for observing, or sleeping!
Previously the highest overnight min this year was 30 Jun/01 Jul, 12.7C.

Yip, last night was very warm and humid. First time I was able to wear a shirt only at 03.00 BST and feel very comfortable for quite some time!

I'm glad to say last night was the opposite. It was just perfect with a cool and fresh breeze which provided the best atmosphere for outdoor activities. Quite a few heavy showers and gusts of wind hit my area from 02.30 onwards. For a period it was more like Autumn than Summer but that's no surprise.
