These first four were taken with my unofficial not really Macro lens... It seems to work though.









This one was taken with the 55-250 at 250mm and minimum focus distance, then cropped...

Those are all superb images John, look at the size of those eyes, you don't really notice them until you're close up!

Thanks gents. James the first four were taken with my Olympus OM mount 50mm lens, the OM-EF adapter and a set of ebay extension tubes. Focus distance is about 5 cm's even with the lens set on infinity. I've got an OM fit 2xTC now making the lens a 100mm, so I can move almost a foot away from the object I'm trying to shoot. I really ought to test this setup out with the OM mount Siggy 70-210 Macro... Could be intersting...
