Did anyone see an extremely bright fireball  last night at 1210 am, almost almost fully clouded over just with tiny breaks, I was driving home, heading North with a friend and when we both saw the whole sky light up for 2-3 seconds, must have been something big to brigheten the clouds that much, as everywhere was bright not sure what direction it was coming from, but who ever did see it got a shock. I'm talking at least mag -10 object possibly more.

I've had a corresponding report from Drogheda - same time, reported as being in the west from there.
