Just been watching The Sky at Night on BBC ONE, entitled Storm Chasing. However, this is 'storm chasing' on a far larger scale as it relates to storms on Saturn - some of which can be larger than our whole planet! There is also an enjoyable account of a trip to the frozen north by Pete Lawrence, Dr. Lucie Green & Jon Culshaw to see the the aurora - despite the trip coinciding with a Full Moon!

More importantly, congratulations to one of our prominent members here whose submission to the Sky at Night Flickr Group of Noctilucent clouds was chosen by Pete Lawrence as his favourite overall image & therefore appeared on the programme.

Mention no names of course but someone might like to start a 'Congratulations Martin' thread! Grin
