The first photo was taken from inside the car on the way home.I thought I'd get myself out for a run so went with my wife (who was on business there) to Moreton in  Marsh.A lot of convection was developing as we drove  back home  so when we got home I took myself off up the hill at 3.0pm. Ran into a short-lived hail storm too.

Great pics John!  I think our whole area looked like this yesterday aft.  I was on the 4th floor at work around the time you took these pics and I have to say the cloud scape was pretty impressive.  Looking this morning, its, errrr, grey again...  Roll Eyes

John, really impressive images, I love the quality to the hail falling in 3,4 and 5 including the double bows. 4 is my favourite, the core looks quite strong, I'm sure a rumble of thunder was expected from that one. I read reports of thunder being heard across Britain that day along with some impressive cbs  Smiley
