Love the trees shot - great framing. The mute  swans are exquisite. What a wonderful capture. That will be mother (pen) and cygnet- The cygnets will  lose that camouflage brown colour  very soon.  I'd love to get a shot of the cygnets when hitching a ride on the back of one of the parents soon after hatching. As we  both seem to be within reach of swans,John, maybe it could be a goal for us next summer. The pond I go to still has the seven (unbelievably) cygnets with the parents but they'll be shoed off soon to fend for themselves in their own territory.
