A great set of photos John, it really looks cold!! That must have been quite a hike up the hill only to have to hurry back down again. Is that what they call a Hoar Frost, caused by fog below freezing, since we don't get much frost here. I've got a metric converter saved in my favorites for celsius, kilometers and meters, it comes in handy for me, lol.
