That pretty much sums it up to me too Martin - they do lots of talking about things around the world in that synopsis, but are actually pretty scant on detail when it comes to the UK. It's pretty cleverly written in the sense that it could go either way - screaming blizzard to calm, cold high pressure and the forecast could be claimed to be partly correct... I think it just echoes the fact they're not clear cut on exactly what will happen.
Still it's fun reading all this forecasts and hopefully looking forward to a proper winter!
