Hello
Quite a few know me as Sonia already from other forums!.

Now got myself 3 telescopes; Meade etc 90 ec goto, 10" dobsonian and a PST. Got myself Open University degrees in Astronomy and planets (S194 and S196)

Member of the cloud appreciation society, i know i deserve a slap because it's probably me that makes the skies cloudy with appreciating them, even though i do like clear skies too!

I am an Office administrator for an engineering company based in Sheffield.

I own a fujifilm finepix S9600 which is just right for me.

Hope i make some good friends here!

Hi Sonia

Welcome to the forum and thanks for the informative introduction. Congrats on the OU degree. You have a nice selection of observing kit there which I'm sure you enjoy very much. Good to see another night sky observer who can appreciate the clouds and storms too.

Have a good time. We are open and friendly here  Smiley

Clear skies

Yes I remember you from both The Sky at Night & AstroChat forums Sonia (I think you used the ID of 'Weather girl' on the latter one).

Do you still do your weather forecasts? If so it would be great if you were to post some here.  Smiley
