I've become a bit angry after seeing the forum layout in such manner:

I'm using Opera 9.52 and Agnitum Outpost Firewall Pro v.6.5, so the latter seems to cause all the problems with the images on the forum. But why does it occure?! I regularly use at least 10 other message boards at the same PC with the same software, and never have experienced the problems like this.

Dear administrators, please tell me why this website is somewhat special for the firewall?

Hi Roman, I think Paul might be able to offer advice on this one. It looks fine on my browser though.

P.S. It's not a critical problem though; the forum looks fine on my other PC (WinXP SP2, Opera 10.51, Avast 4.8 )

I think your firewall is mistakenly categorizing some of the icons used on the forum as advertising ....

Yes, I agree with Brian on this - either browser or firewall is ad filtering and it is being a bit too critical about what consititutes an advertisement.
