 Right..It's 9.20pm and I'm off to see what I can see from an elevated position.  I'm determined to catch a shot of these NLC's. I keep coming on here to see these lovely photos. I'm, taking a 50mm f.2.8. 17-40 f4 and 70-200 f2.8.One of them should do the trick, surely. Lol.  I'll just have to be guided by the LCD

Man, those are great images!!, what a night that was, amazing adventure and a fantastic display, those electric blue bands under Capella were incredible!!  Smiley.

Cheers Mark, it was the best NLC display so far this season, I hope many others were lucky with the clear sky.
