Hi all

First time out imaging for over a year. Almost forgot how to set everything up again. But I am glad to say that the problem of ice forming on the ccd chip seems to have been finally solved. Thanks to Rui in Portugal for repairing a seal on the camera that was letting in moisture. So here is a test image LRGB taken of good ol' M13 on 2.5.10.

L = 35x30s
r= 7x30s
g=7x30s
b=7x30s

Taken unguided with Lx90 in altaz using atic 16ic CCD camera, stacked using Deepskystacker and LRGB combined using Nebulosity.

Thanks

DB

Hi

Thanks y' all.

Hopefully we have lots more high pressure systems over Ireland. Wont be able to fly anywhere on holidays so might as well go out and image astro stuff instead... Grin

A great image of a great cluster, well done on getting such high resolution detail in there  Smiley. Looking forward to seeing more, maybe even a few images of R1 McNaught when it gets bright  Wink
