There were some really bright echoes on the radar for the ROI earlier today, now there would seem to be some bright ones developing over England and Wales right now.  Not long till they 'hit' me, will keep y'all updated  Wink

Any luck Mark?

There where funnels today in Britain, ROI and N. Ireland, two of which were caught at the same time on camera which was fantastic. Also, unconfirmed report of a torando in NI on the 30th.

The rain has just set in very heavy for me in the last hour.  Noticed some flashes of lightning on radar aswell earlier - gonna keep my eye on it for the rest of the evening.

I declined to go camping locally with some mates this weekend knowing what we were expecting weatherwise.  They said the weather 'would be alright' - I texted them before asking if it was raining for them (knowing it was there from the radar), and got such a rude reply back - couldn't possibly repeat it here  Tongue

Unless the rain gets lighter I can see there's going to be some local flooding...  Do you have any links to the funnels?

lol Mark - I bet that text reply was a good one  Smiley

I see the warnings out for your region, looks like camping won't be a good idea.

Got an image sent to me of the twin funnels over NI today, will post them on my site later and on here too.
