(continued from part 1)

AR 1057 is now very close indeed to the west limb & will have rotated out of view tomorrow. It is insignificant in Ha and my CaK image was not very good, but the white light image came out reasonably:

0957 UT. FLT 110 @ f/21, solar film, DMK21.

AR 1059 is decaying:

0906 UT. Solarscope 60 @ f/24, DMK21

0956 UT. FLT 110 @ f/21, solar film, DMK21.

1006 UT. FLT 110 @ f/21, B1200 CaK diagonal, DMK21.

There is also a new active area coming into view at the north east limb:

0904 UT. Solarscope 60 @ f/24, DMK21

0953 UT. FLT 110 @ f/21, solar film, DMK21.

1005 UT. FLT 110 @ f/21, B1200 CaK diagonal, DMK21.

So we have four active areas visible in white light!

Transparency good deteriorating to moderate (thickening cirrostratus) with interruptions from thick shower bearing cloud. Seeing moderate deteriorating to poor, continuous small amplitude but rapid boiling motion. Temperature 10C, wind NW force 3-4.
