Just found this on youtube....

Interesting because it shows the tornado on the ground before the condensation funnel fills in.

It's like watching a work of art in progress - great viewing. Nice find, Martin.

Thought id stick this in here instead of starting a new thread - found this video posted on another weather site and thought id share it here-talk about a close call! Shocked      I know its a small tornado but its still very powerful-see the way it just snaps that tree in half.

Martin, you need to fly out here in late May through early June and chase with me and Chris, you could stay at Chris' house lol

LOL, poor Chris, I would drive him mad with questions. Seriously, I would love to do that at some stage, and no better people to be chasing with too, you guys have the real passion for it  Smiley. Just drop me off in central tornado alley with a tent and I will take it from there, I can thumb for a lift, and if the driver asks me where I'm headed I'll just say...the updraught base of the tornado warned supe over Nebraska, just follow that exhaust smoke from Tyler, Chris, and Mike's cars  Smiley

Here's a nice one from the UK, it was weak but it's rare because it actually shows the tornado on the ground, quite photogenic too.
