I just had a quick peek out on my way to bed (gotta get up early for work, and it's clear... that's a real shame... however, I saw the moon close to Mars... And grabbed a shot... Just a shame I couldn't get the beehive (nestled between them) in shot too.... It was hard enough getting the dynamic range for this to work

That's a great job in getting the detail of the moon and such a bright Mars. You're right about the fine line in not blowing out the moon's exposure. Great shot!
