............. or have we suddenly been bombarded with a surfeit of Google ads?  Angry

Also I've just noticed a link for upgrading the forum to a 'not-so-free but ad-less' board.

Co-incidence or what? I think not!

For those who, like me, are using Firefox with Adblock, this link may be of some interest.  Wink

It is a long time since I have got used to turn off much of ads in my mind, but maybe this option will help to reduce traffic amount LOL and perhaps make the pages look nicer Grin

I use Firefox with AdBlockPlus installed and I don't get any ads here or anywhere else - it just seems to work!

I see them every day all the time between all posts in each thread. I have grown used to them now so they don't bother me, however they sometimes slip down over the text on the post below which can be very frustrating at times. I'm on IE.

Like Paul, I'm using Firefox & AdBlockPlus & haven't been bothered with them since my original post.

Completely OT to Carl O Beirnes......
Just been watching September's edition of the Sky at Night on BBC1 which focused on the Jupiter impact last July. Glad to see that one of your Jovian images flashed up for a few seconds - well done!
