Thought I'd see what happened with the other batch I took, trying to get some more Perseids... This has a non Iridium Flare in it 25x25s f3.5, 18mm @ISO800 - this time looking away from Gatwick somewhat. Click for a bigger version.

I just love these John, great composition with the trees in the foreground. You've done a great job in keeping the sky dark with the stacking and lots of detail for ISO 800. Beautiful!!

Nice shot John! I suspect a shot like that looking toward Gatwick may have a slightly brighter sky background!
