Thunderstorms, Maghera - June 14th

Still catching up on images, here's some snaps of two thunderstorms from Maghera, NI on June 14th. The 1st produced an interesting lowering from the RFB, don't know what it was. The 2nd was actually two storms merged together with wonderful twin anvils, a nice shelf/gust front. It produced nice blue c-g bolts and torrential rain.

You've caught the mood of the occasion beautifully there Martin. I very much like the shade of green that the storm has created on the fields below too. Well done.

Th first thing that grabbed my attention too were  the lovely tones of green. It would make avery attractive landscape shot in its own right tbh. It's all that rain you get over there, I'm sure. The storm is a great shot too  esp. the first one as it moves into that clear area of sky.
