im trying to attach images but the max size of allowed files is too small can u help

Suggest you resize to about 800 pixels largest dimension & save at lower quality .... Irfan View is terrific for resizing images (& other minor editing) & costs nothing. I find saving at about 80% is usually OK for web images.
