I have just found an info about how the illuminance of environment changes if the sky is 100% covered with clouds:

Cb 0.2
Ns 0.21
St 0.24
Sc 0.31
As 0.48
Ac 0.71
Cu 0.48
Cs 0.65
Ci 0.72
(comparative to clear sky = 1.00)
