Yes, I have noticed quite a few times how ESTOFEX underestimated activity. The March severe squall line and t-storm which moved through here is a recent example. I have also seen days of t-storms when no t-storms were forecast. On other occasions they produce an excellent forecast but I often take it with a little pinch of salt
