thanks for the kind words guys,

as i speak the moon is looking bright in the sky above a neighbours house so i might try get a few more shots before the clouds roll in. wouldnt it be great if it was only cloudy when there was a thunderstorm during the day then clear for observing all night. what cruelty lol

59  General Category / Introductions / Hey guys newbie here on: November 03, 2009, 01:53:04 pm
hey guys,

just thought i would say hello and introduce myself,

my names danny, i am 22 and live in blackburn, lancashire. i have always been into severe weather but recently i stumbled upon martin mckennas website and sine then i have gotten into astronomy. (thanks martin).

i currently own a digital camera which i try and photo severe storms with and have recently had a go at some lunar photography aswell. i am hoping to get a 6'' newtonian refelector pretty soon and i have also got some plans to build a 8'' dobsonian scope, if i do well with these i might try a bigger 16'' scope.

i think thats enough from me for now

thanks guys

p.s could someone tell me how i post images please thanks
