Hey Guys,

I havent been on here in a while but I have had a couple of decent convective days since the start of September so I thought I would share a few with you guys Smiley Sadly though the lack of wheels means most of these have been taken through my bedroom window so the quality is pretty poor

Awesome images Paul. I love the colours in the sunset images and the moon peeking through the gap in the last one.

Could you see the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow?  Grin

jgs001 i was so miffed myself when i realised i had missed the head, but it happened so fast and by the time it was taken it was to late to get another with the head in the shot lol. oh

thanks guys, the plane was tiny viewing it with the naked eye, here is a photo of it looking at it without the zoom



getting the zoomed shot put a smile on my face when i realised how it had come out lol

went for a walk yesterday with the sun shining and temperatures rising i decided to get on the canal and check for the signs of spring, ie flowers, ducklings, and lamb etc. although i didnt catch exactly what i wanted the end result was rather pleasing.

i really like the last one with the deep colours in the sky and the dark skyline effect with the trees and pylon then the snow on the ground, it was even better being there lol

Thanks guys, I actually had fun shooting these the colour of the sky was amazing and spread across atleat 50% of the sky.

John I dont have a clue what they are but it was the best sunset scene i have ever seen from here, reminded me of the episode of Top Gear when they were in botswana and watched the sunset there lol

thanks for the kind words everyone. i really enjoyed going for that walk, me and my little brother was out for hours lol. I have since been on another walk in a different location so i will post them pictures up when i upload them to my comp. more snow is predicted here for tuesday and wednesday which could get quite bad so there could be another photo op then.

Yes Richard that is someone walking on the canal, he passed me and my brother 2 minutes earlier, Merry xmas to you to.

I would also like to wish everyone a merry xmas and a happy new year.
