Title: Peeking In The Tank
Post by: martinastro on September 30, 2008, 09:40:50 pm
This is 'Speedy' my Sister's Iquana. I have been house bound due to a bad cold and felt eager to do some photography so I took these snaps of Speedy has he sat on his log within his tank. He's a big Lizzard, 5ft long. I took these shots in Macro mode. He doesn't like cameras and begins to hiss. Since I didn't go away he closes his eyes and pretends to sleep hoping I will disappear. He would open them from time to time to see if I was there then close again. On one of the shots you can see him having a peek.

;D There's a country music song about that situation called, and I'm not making this up, "Went home at 2 with a '10' and got up at 10 with a '2'"

Glad you liked the images everyone.

John, I might have that image somewhere, I recall that Aaron took it. That was Ernie the waterdragon that jumped on you that night  :). He's a real survior, the others died but he's still going strong.

Carl, lol, I don't know how to comment on that one.  ;D
