Title: Fall sunset
Post by: Tyler on September 24, 2008, 01:45:34 am
First sunset of this fall turned out to be a good one... just after some thunderstorms

Tyler, lovely colours and definition in the clouds, and you've caught a couple of rays in the first one too by the looks of it.

Nice captures Tyler. Good crep rays in the first and I like the curved clouds in the 2nd.

Did the storms produce much action for you?

no not at all, there was one CG that was less than 2 miles though, but not even heavy rain last night. At 11 or so there were some nice electrical storms in western Iowa that I could see from my window, I captured two CG there too, but they were too far away to see that well, not worth posting at least

Nice shots, Tyler.  :) How much do I love sunsets/rises!

It's good that you have t-storm activity during late September. I had nothing of that in September, the last one was on Aug.29.

Very nicely caught Tyler. I particularly like the dramatic look & framing of that first one.
